Remove the crust from the bread. You should have 4 boxes of bread. Place 4 pieces of bread end to end, overlapping about 1/2 ". Press overlapping to clamp the pieces. You will end up with a long, narrow bread.
Apply a thin mixture of cream cheese on bread. Make sure the filling goes to all the outer edges.
Position the cherry tightly on one of the short ends. Pack both tightly and make sure they reach the outer edge. If they extend a little better than being short.
Starting from the short end with the cherry rolling the bread tightly. Repeat with 4 other pieces of bread.
Add 2 end to end rolls and wrap tightly with plastic. Turn the edges closed. Chill for at least 4 hours but overnight is better.
To serve, slice horizontally to about 1/2 'round. Plate and serve.
Cheese Whiz Roll
Prepare bread as above. Spread a thin layer of Cheese Whiz on bread. Place the end of the gherkin on the short end because make sure to extend to the outer edge. Roll and wrap tightly with plastic. Cool 4-24 hours, cut and serve.
Creamy Cheese
Scrape the seeds and gelatin from the center of the grape tomato. Fold paper towels and squeeze to remove as much juice as possible. Mince smoothly.
Mix goat cheese and cream cheese until well blended. Stir the tomatoes, fennel, red onions and mayo and stir until evenly distributed.
Prepare bread like for Creamy Cheese Sandwich. Apply the cheese mixture on the bread length. Align short hollow black olives on the short end to cover the short end. Roll bread, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill 4-24 hours.
