Cake margarine Margarita bowl
This Cupcake Margarita is full of lime, moist, sweet mix of margaritas and, yes, tequila! Don't worry that tequila bakes leaves a unique flavor in the most popular cupcakes! Margarita Cupcakes are dessert versions of popular cocktails and real entertainers. This is a lime cupcake with cream decorations that you will like!
MaterialFor cupcakes:
- 1 box of white cake mixture
- 3/4 c liquid margarita mixture
- 2 ounces of tequila
- 3 eggs
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 Zest lime For freezing:
- 1 room butter temp temp
- 8 oz cream cheese temp temperature
- 2 lime juice or margarita mixture
- 1 teaspoon of lime peel
- 5 cups or less sweets
- Lime for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a muffin pan with a liner. Mix a mixture of margaritas and tequila, set aside. In a mixer bowl, mix a mixture of cake, egg, lime skin, and vegetable oil. Add a mixture of margaritas and tequila. Beat with mixer at low 2 minutes. Using an ice cream spoon for measurement, fill each 2/3 cupcake full. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 23 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and fully cool before freezing.
- In a large bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, lime juice (or a mixture of margaritas), and lime peel. When adding one cup of refined sugar at a time, mix each time until smooth before adding more. Add extra sugar if necessary to make the frosting tight. Pipe the cupcakes with the tip of a large decorator. Decorate with lime slices. Store in the refrigerator
